Mike is a founder and President of The Integra Group, Inc. since its inception in 1999, now celebrating 25 years in business! Career experience with Hallmark Cards and State Farm shaped Mike’s vision for Integra, and how great companies treat people. Mike’s athletic endeavors provided the grit required for an entrepreneurial career.

He has successfully led Integra through an intentional transformation from a custom software development firm to a company focused on delivering industry specific, mission-critical business management solutions via the cloud using Integra’s BOSS® software, providing even higher value to their clients.

In 2019, Mike received the Missouri State Award for Excellence in Public Affairs due mainly to Integra’s employee-driven charitable foundation.

Mike focuses his personal time on his wife, Cynthia, their four daughters, and his favorite hobbies of mountain biking, wine research, and involvement with Young Life.
