Pam Dooley is the owner of Plants Creative Landscapes, located in Atlanta, Georgia. Plants Creative is a residential-focused landscape company, providing design-build services, property care, and a newly-launched smart landscapes division. She advocates for green industry professionals to ride the wave of innovation into the future, or get crushed by it. She and her team have been early adopters of autonomous mowers, with 2023 being their fifth year installing them with greater than 400 total mowers in service across Georgia. 

When not inspiring her team to challenge the boundaries of what is possible in landscaping, Pam is a passionate advocate for the green industry through her involvement in state and national associations.  She is on the board of the Urban Ag Council, Georgia's state green industry association and also serves on the board of the National Association of Landscape Professionals (NALP). She also serves on the PDSAC council for NALP and is on the leadership team for NALP's Women in Landscape Network. 

Pam loves traveling, summers spent on the lake, creating new spaces in her home landscape, and fall fires and college football enjoyed with her family and friends.
