The room block at the Signia by Hilton Atlanta Georgia is now SOLD OUT.

OVERFLOW ROOM BLOCK

An overflow group block has been arranged at the nearby Omni Atlanta Hotel at Centennial Park at a rate of $279 per night plus tax. The discounted rate is available until the cut-off date, July 17, 2024, or until the room block is full, whichever occurs sooner.

Check-in at the Signia by Hilton Atlanta begins at 4:00 PM and check-out is scheduled for 11:00 AM. Any departures after 11:00 AM are subject to a full day charge. Attendees are able to contact the hotel directly to request a late check-out, please note that while you are able to request a late check-out, they are not guaranteed and are extended at the discretion of the hotel.

To cancel your hotel reservation, call 404-223-4414 and request to cancel your hotel reservation. Cancellations made 24 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date will not be penalized. If the cancellation is made within the 24-hour window, attendees will be charged a fee of one nights room and tax.

The Lawn & Landscape Technology Conference will be taking place in the Signia by Hilton Atlanta Conference Center. The event facilities are located on the on the second floor of the Signia by Hilton Atlanta. Registration will be stationed in the Triumph Ballroom Foyer.

It has come to our attention that a number third-party accommodation service providers have contacted companies either attending, exhibiting or sponsoring the Lawn & Landscape Technology Conference regarding hotel reservations.

These companies DO NOT represent the Lawn & Landscape Technology Conference, nor have they been authorized to send out any information related to the event and should NOT be used to make hotel reservations. We urge all event attendees to ignore any communications from companies purporting to offer these services and to avoid giving out credit card details to such organizations.
