As Vice President of Safety at Fairway, the leader in green exterior residential services, Jim Milliman brings his passion for keeping employees safe to work every day. Since being named to this role in 2023, he has been instrumental in furthering the safety culture at the business with innovative practices and technology. He possesses more than 30 years of experience in the Turf, Ornamental, and Pest Control industries. After rising through the ranks at ChemLawn, he joined Fairway Lawns in 2007 as a Field Manager, promoted several times to his prior role as Director of Training and Development.  For relaxation, Jim enjoys golf, fishing, and working outside to take care of his own lawn and landscape.
