Adam Swank is a technology leader at GW Capital, where he leads efforts in innovation and digital transformation. Growing up in Bay Village, Ohio, Adam developed a solid interest in technology, leading him to earn an engineering degree from Ohio University.

Adam's career began with a focus on startups, where he contributed to several ventures that ended in successful acquisitions and mergers. His experience includes IT consulting in Chicago, followed by a role with a fintech firm in Boston, where he further developed his skills in technology management and strategy.

In January 2021, Adam returned to Ohio when he and his wife were expecting twins. This move brought him closer to family and led to his current roles at Ground Works Land Design and GW Capital. At GW Capital, Adam is responsible for enhancing technological capabilities and implementing digital strategies that support the firm’s goals.

Outside of his professional life, Adam enjoys spending time with his family in Bay Village. He balances his work in technology with the responsibilities of raising his twins, reflecting his commitment to both career and family.
