Currently the COO of Linehan Landscaping, a full-service design build and maintenance company in Southern New Hampshire. Educated with an MBA in Organizational Leadership, Heather spent the better part of her career in Healthcare Operations, developing and implementing technology and strategies that create efficiencies and powerful teams. Heather joined Linehan Landscaping in 2020 as her passion for entrepreneurship and the desire to thrive in a family business became more important. Heather and her husband/business partner Larry, have spent the last 4 years transforming the company from a father/son small shop to a thriving company that has shown consistent year over year growth by implementing technology, strategy, and a solid management team. It is their mission to continue growing the company while providing the same top notch quality and customer service that people have come to know and respect.

Outside of work heather enjoys time with her family including her 2 dogs, interior design and renovating homes.
