Over the past 20 years Jeff has worked in various technologies, including functions such as sales, marketing, operations, and executive leadership. Prior to joining Workwave he was President of Kwantek, an industry leading hiring platform for the Contract Security and Commercial Cleaning industries. After Kwantek's acquisition by TEAM Software in 2020, Jeff continued to focus his efforts on industry thought leadership regarding labor, hiring, and building effective recruiting organizations. Today he publishes labor reports for Security and Cleaning industries and routinely speaks on topics such as labor, retention and recruiting.
