With more than 25 years at ABC Home & Commercial Services of Austin, Julie specializes in process optimization, workflow efficiencies, and technology integration. as director of office operations, Julie oversees contract entry, billing, collections, data processing, and software development across all branches and divisions, ensuring seamless operations through innovation.

With 20-plus years in the lawn and landscape industry, Julie has been a key contributor to industry advancements, previously serving 12 years on the Copesan Technology Committee in various leadership roles and three years on the NPMA Technology Advancement Committee, including as Chairperson. Currently, Julie serves on the National Pest Management Association Business Innovations Committee.

Beyond work, Julie enjoys off-roading, overlanding, traveling, and shooting sports. Julie is also an NRA Pistol Instructor and Texas License to Carry Instructor.
