With extensive experience in the landscaping and snow removal industry, Michael Wagner focuses on organizational development which includes the analysis of internal and external operations, standard operating procedures, and technological implementations. Michael works for Designscapes Colorado, which is a commercial and residential landscape architecture, construction, and maintenance company in the southern metropolitan area of Denver, CO. Designscapes Colorado is a design/build company, and they also perform snow removal services during the winter season. In his current role at Designscapes Colorado, Michael is the Director of Company Operations which manages and analyzes company fleet assets, as well as the organization-wide safety and risk program which focuses on construction safety, site safety, personnel training, insurance and risk management, and implementing and training on new processes, along with other various tasks.  With evolving and advancing technology comes the need to be responsible and effective with the tools we use and learn.
