Natalie Shaw is the Director of Business Intelligence (BI) at HeartLand, LLC, a leading provider of commercial landscaping services in the U.S. with a robust trajectory of growth. HeartLand is people-first and operates with a shared purpose, creating value through their partnerships and using innovative tools that help drive business decisions efficiently.

With her team of four at HeartLand, she leads the strategy and development of their best-in-class analytics platform. She first joined the Company in July of 2020 to build their mapping (GIS) platform from the ground-up. This followed the cultivation of a high-performing analytics team and BI platform.

Natalie holds a Master of Science in Environmental and Urban Geosciences, Graduate Certificate in Geographic Information Systems (GIS), Certificate in Data Analytics, a credential in Data Visualization (Report Design), and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Studies.
