Jason has been an entrepreneur his whole life, starting a lawn mowing business in high school. After graduating with honors with a BA in Business Administration from Wichita State University, he co-founded Vizion Ventures, overseeing more than 60 whole-home renovations in just over two years. Jason then helped his brother, Aaron, to quickly grow a Sports Nutrition brand worldwide, driving annual revenue from $1m to $18m in just four years and ascending to Director of U.S. Sales. After running his marketing automation consulting company for a few years, he joined Aaron at BugBros Pest Control, where they quickly became the leading pest control provider in several markets across Kansas and Oklahoma. In 2021, the duo expanded from pest control into the weed control industry by acquiring Don’s Lawn in Oklahoma City. Since acquiring Don’s Lawn, the Thomas brothers have increased revenue by 41% while lowering the number of techs in the field by 10%. Jason specializes in improving organizational efficiency through technology, automation, and systemization coupled with building and training the right people to operate the business.
